Moulding: Hand moulding, semi-automatic

Casting Techniques: Sand Casting, horizontal centrifugal casting, lost foam casting, lost wax (investment - precision) casting.

Software assisted casting simulations, repairing, surface modelling, repairing. 

Quality assurance and quality control skills: Microstructure analysis, magnetic Particle Inspection, dye-penetrant, ultrasonic inspection, mechanical tests (hardness, tensile testing, impact tests, etc.) chemical tests (spectral analysis, corrosion tests), pressure testing.

Finishing / repair: Shot blasting, sand blasting, certified welders for repair and assembly welding, prime coats, paint, overseas convenient packaging
